The 2020 STAR Conference, Shaping the Humane World: Global Higher Education Perspectives, will culminate with a very special event: hosting Professor Noam Chomsky on his 92nd birthday. We will joined by distinguished speakers from across the globe as we honor his legacy as a scholar who has shaped a humane world. A.
