APC and Editing Services

The journal has no article processing charge (APC). Submitting, peer review, and publication are completely free.

If authors need extra help with editing, formatting, translation, or other editorial support, they can contact STAR Scholars' editorial services separately. These are outside services offered by the publisher. Using them is entirely optional, costs extra, and has absolutely no effect on whether a paper gets accepted or rejected. The journal's editorial team handles peer review and publication decisions independently from any paid services.
