Archiving and Preservation

The JINA is committed to the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of its published scholarly content. Published by STAR Scholars Press, JINA participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to ensure the secure digital preservation of all content published through the Open Journal Systems (OJS), including articles, metadata, and supplementary files.

Through the PKP Preservation Network, JINA's published content is preserved within a distributed archival system, ensuring its long-term availability even if the journal is no longer accessible online. All published articles are archived in their final published form to safeguard the authenticity, integrity, and permanence of the scholarly record while ensuring continued access for researchers, libraries, and the global academic community, in accordance with internationally accepted standards and best practices for digital preservation.

Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

The journal supports the broad dissemination of scholarly research and permits authors to deposit versions of their work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, and other open-access repositories.

Articles published in the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). When depositing their work in a repository, authors are encouraged to include the complete citation details and a link to the official published version of the article on the journal's website.
