Abstract

Doctoral advising is a complex process. In times of uncertainty, doctoral programs offer a unique opportunity for advisors to embrace a new pedagogical and intersectional role.

    MARILYN L. GRADY, Ph.D, Professor of Educational Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, researches leadership, women leaders, and administrative issues. She is founding editor of the Journal of Women in Educational leadership, and author/coauthor of 24 books and more than 150 journal articles.
