    PARVANSHI SHARMA, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Chandigarh University, Mohali, India, and currently serves as the Co- Editor for the Journal of Underrepresented and Minority Progress (JUMP- Scopus Q3 Journal). She holds a Ph.D. and M. Phil in English focusing on the representation of tribal and aboriginal identities through the lens of Raymond Williams’s cultural materialism.     MANJU RANI, PhD is a senior academician and poet with a Ph.D. in English and over 18 years of teaching experience in higher education. Her areas of specialization include Indian Literature and Classical Writings, which form the core of her teaching and research interests. She is the author of seven books comprising poetry collections and edited scholarly works, and has received multiple awards and honors for her outstanding contribution to poetry. Actively engaged in literary and cultural leadership, Dr. Manju is the Chapter Head of Sanskar Bharti, Chandigarh. She has also served as a moderator for poetry meets and intellectual sessions during the World Poetry Conference organized by the International Academy of Ethics, contributing significantly to global literary dialogue.
