Operationalizing “Internationalization” in the Community College Sector: Textual Analysis of Institutional Internationalization Plans

How do US community colleges define and operationalize internationalization? Using quantitative textual analysis and grounding our discussion in the extant literature addressing institutional internationalization in the two and four-year sectors, this piece dissects the internationalization plans of community colleges representing three state contexts.
